Orange County Chiro Connect is a referral service that connects patients with independent chiropractors. We are not a healthcare provider and do not provide any medical, chiropractic, or therapeutic services directly. We do not guarantee the quality, timing, or pricing of services provided by chiropractors in our network.

No Provider-Patient Relationship

By using our referral service, you acknowledge that:

• Orange County Chiro Connect is not a party to any agreement between you and any chiropractor
• We do not supervise, direct, or control the care provided by any chiropractor
• Any healthcare relationship is solely between you and the chiropractor
• We are not responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from services provided by chiropractors

Free Consultations

Free consultations offered through our referral service are provided by independent chiropractors. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or outcome of any consultation. All care decisions should be made directly with the chiropractor.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orange County Chiro Connect shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our referral service or the services provided by any chiropractor in our network.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when requesting a referral
• Verify chiropractor licenses and credentials before receiving care
• Not use our service for any unlawful purpose
